To begin we’d like to give a brief history of PME. The company was founded (and still operated by) by Phil Magill in 2012, in his own home office, with just him on board. Phil, being a man of faith, did not want to settle to run his business in a standard fashion, so he incorporated biblical principles into everything he did in the business, much like the rest of his lifestyle. Love for people became a priority. Anything he owned, he became a steward of, instead of the owner. Building trust with clients and employees became a must.

Later that year Phil hired his first employee and has been consistently growing through the years. We have seen God’s hand take us through covid and multiple hurricanes. Over the years we have acquired an actual office building, many vehicle assets, and most valuable of all, a crew that values and respects each other, challenges and helps one another, prays and supports each other consistently, and that has a passion for excellence!

In everything we do we strive to glorify God and live on the principles that Jesus Christ himself has taught us to live and work by. This company’s mission and vision is focused on that.

So we just to invite you to be a part of this amazing movement as well. If you do have a place of work already we encourage you to be the best you can be, wherever you are.
